Before real estate, my career was rooted in retail planning and buying, where success depended on analytics, market trends, and making confident decisions backed by data. That foundation continues to shape how I advise my real estate clients today—strategically, thoughtfully, and always with a clear understanding of the numbers behind the decision.
I began my real estate career in 2014 with Coldwell Banker, later moving to a boutique firm and then Compass, where I refined my approach in a highly competitive market. I ultimately opened Peridot Properties LLC so I could serve clients the way I believe real estate should be done: with independence, transparency, and guidance that brings both clarity and strong results.
I work with buyers and sellers, with a particular focus on families and move-up clients relocating to the area. For buyers, I spend the time to educate them on the distinct towns and neighborhoods that make up Wellesley, Weston, Needham, and Newton, helping them find not just a home, but the right fit for their next chapter.
For sellers, my role is both strategic and steady. I focus on reducing stress, managing the details, and executing the process correctly from start to finish, so my clients can move forward with confidence and peace of mind. Behind that calm is a disciplined, analytical approach designed to position each property to achieve the strongest possible outcome—because maximizing value matters.
